Everything was nice, ideal location short walk to a shopping mall and the shopping center and parking and shops, restaurants, good experience. The room was air conditioned & well-appointed, with comfortable beds.

The hotel was great quality and overlooked city. The staff were extremely helpful and competent in case of questions. The venue was in a convenient and easy location, close to all the vibey restaurants etc in trendy Seapoint. We greatly enjoyed staying 3 nights here.

Hotel was absolutely fantastic and stunningly beautiful, I liked the stay.
Everything was good, exceptional staff, nice views of the sea. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the esplanade and a variety of eateries, the Waterfront mall and a Pharmacy and Woolworths supermarket. It also was close to Seapoint promenade. It was very comfortable time in Cape Town.

The staff are friendly and super efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The rooms are comfortable and have all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. We arrived late, which I had indicated on my booking, but noone was there to greet us. We had to call housekeeping for soap and were told that there was no soap as the supplier had changed...but they managed to find some for us anyway! We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was noisy.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was nice. The stuff was responsive the entire time. Liked the a double room with comfortable beds and the way it was setup.
